Basischaracteristics Septic is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent providers. If you run your own septic, sewer or plumbing business, you may be a fit for our network.

This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees. Providers stay independent and run their own work.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who do hands-on work for homeowners, such as:

• Septic tank pumping and cleaning
• Septic system and drainfield repair
• Sewer line repair
• Water well service

You should serve homes in Hoover or the Hoover area. Experience with slab homes, older pier-and-beam houses and wet-season ground is a plus.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often new to this. We expect you to explain things in plain words. Give clear, written quotes. Tell people what you found and why. Respect their home and their time.

You must hold any licenses and insurance your state or county requires. You are responsible for your own work, pricing and schedule.

Be honest about availability. Do not promise what you cannot deliver.
