Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use basischaracteristics.garden and the referral service Basischaracteristics Septic offers through it. By browsing the site, using the phone number on it or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Basischaracteristics Septic is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. It does not pump septic tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. It is also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. Basischaracteristics Septic does not employ, supervise or control them, and makes no promises about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, where it applies, your insurer and local health department.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Phone, Text and Email Contact

By using the phone number or sending a form, you agree that Basischaracteristics Septic and the provider you are connected with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask to stop being contacted at any time by emailing contact@basischaracteristics.garden.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this website belong to Basischaracteristics Septic or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Liability

As far as the law allows, Basischaracteristics Septic is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered as-is, without warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
